D3 SPEY DROPS regulates Calcium and Phosphorus Metabolism in its biologically active form.
Each drop contains:
Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol) 12,5 μg (500 IU).
Excipients: Medium chain triglycerides oil, Vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate).
Prevention and treatment of vitamin D deficiency in adults, adolescents and children with an identified risk.
As an adjunct to specific therapy for osteoporosis in patients with vitamin D deficiency or at risk of vitamin D insufficiency.
For full-term newborns from 4 weeks of age to 2-3 years of age – 500 IU (1 drop) per day;
• Premature newborns from 4 weeks of age, as well as twins and infants living in poor conditions – 1000 IU (2 drops) per day for one year. In the summer months, the dosage can be limited to 500 IU (1 drop) per day. The duration of therapy is up to 2-3 years of age;
• Pregnant women – a daily dose of 500 IU of vitamin D3 throughout the entire pregnancy, or 1000 IU per day from 28 weeks of pregnancy;
• Postmenopausal women – 500 – 1000 IU (1-2 drops) per day for 2-3 years, with the necessity of repeat therapy courses decided by the doctor.
