Each enteric coated tablet contains:
Pancreatin BP…………… 170 mg
Simetiсone BP…………… 80mg
• Relief of abdominal distention due to cumulative gas and foam.
• Meteorism following aerophagia or in digestive disturbances. • Flatulence i n pancreatic insufficiency, hepatic, biliary, gastric and intestina disorders, and in suitable postoperative situations.
• Preparation of patients before gastrointestinal radiological examination.
Preparation for radiography of abdomen in meteorism (diagnostic procedures involving biliary ducts & kidneys), radiography of the lumbar segment of the vertebral column & pelvis, pancreatic exocrine insufficiency.
• Gastrocardiac (Roemheld) syndrome.
A high initial dose is recommended of up to 3 coated tablets at meal times for flatulence. Тhe dose can be decreased in
accordance with therapeutic success.
ln maintenance therapy, 1 to 2 tablets at meal times is recommended.3 or 4 times daily on each of the 2 days prior to radiological examination. 2 tablets on an empty stomach in the morning of the X-ray examination.
Pancreatic exocrine insufficiency: As directed by the physician. Тhe tablets should be swallowed unchewed with plenty of liquid.
